In Kiev, arrested the head of RIA Novosti Ukraina Kirill Vyshinsky. This is reported by his colleagues. According to them, it happened on the street next to his house.
At the same time, UNN, citing an informed source, notes that Kirill Vyshinsky was detained on the basis of the crime provided for in Article 111 (high treason) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Also, the source noted that the detainee is being searched.
In addition, the Security Service officers broke into the office of RIA Novosti Ukraina in Kiev.
“In the morning, people in the uniform with the inscription of the Security Service called in. Eyewitnesses saw people with a jack come into the building where the agency’s office is located, and then the journalist who was inside stopped talking,” write RIA Novosti.
The SBU said that they conduct investigative actions against “media structures controlled by the Russian Federation.” According to the press secretary of the Security Service of Ukraine, Yelena Gitlyanska, “law enforcers determined that they were used by the aggressor country in the context of a hybrid information war against Ukraine.”
Director General of the MIA “Russia Today” Dmitry Kiselev called on the Ukrainian authorities to immediately release Vyshinsky.

As reported by “Country”, Portnov through the court requires the SBU to refute charges in the state treason.
Also, “Country” wrote about the detention of police journalists of the “Country” in the Svyatoshinsky court. The Kyiv prosecutor’s office opened proceedings against police officers who unlawfully used force against media representatives, detained them and took them to Shevchenkovsky police department.
