Kyiv Economic Court judge arrested the right mortgage

Kyiv Pechersk District Court judge arrested Kyiv Economic Court Lubomir Golovatyuk suspected of receiving a bribe of 10 thousand dollars, and set bail in the amount of 293 thousand UAH.

As reported, January 12, police detained a judge Economic Court of Kyiv Golovatyuk when receiving a bribe of 10 thousand dollars.
Prosecutors said the judge fraudulently tried to get from the representative of the commercial structure costs in the amount of 16 thousand dollars.
