Nasirov was reinstated as head of the State Fiscal Service: court decision
On Tuesday, December 11, the Kyiv District Administrative Court reinstated the head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, Roman Nasirov.
This was reported on Facebook by Deputy Andrei Zhurzhiy.
He noted that the court overturned the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Nasirov’s dismissal from the post of head of the State Fiscal Service, and also ordered Nasirov to be reinstated in this position and to pay lost earnings.
The full court decision is not yet available, but the representative Nasirov R.M. in court he said that he was requesting reinstatement because of a violation of the procedure upon dismissal. Judging by the behavior of one of the judges, the court doubted the veracity of the fact that the former head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine had United Kingdom citizenship,

Recall Roman Nasirov is suspected of embezzling more than 2 billion hryvnia of public funds. He is accused of collaborating with People’s Deputy Alexander Onishchenko, during which Nasirov postponed the rental fee for mining, and the people’s deputy conducted thanks to this corruption schemes.
In March 2017, Nasirov was arrested, and he was released after his wife contributed 100 million hryvnia of bail.
On January 31, the Cabinet dismissed the head of the State Fiscal Service, Roman Nasirov.
