The military prosecutor of the Lvov garrison was caught on a bribe from the deputy head of the local customs

According to the investigation, the deputy head of the Lviv customs collected a monthly “tribute” from his subordinates for “covering” smuggling.

In the evening on Friday, March 17, investigators of the military prosecutor’s office of the Western region together with the police documented the fact that the military prosecutor of the Lviv garrison, Major Vladislav Savintsy, received a bribe of 40,000 dollars, said Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko on his Facebook page.

The bribe was transferred to the prosecutor by the deputy chief of Lviv customs Vladimir Shokalo for not bringing to criminal responsibility and stopping the production of monthly bribery fees from subordinates for promoting promotion and “covering up” smuggling.

The money was transferred to the prosecutor in a tube from Irish whiskey.
