The murder of Sheremet: the journalist was followed by a member of the Security Service, – the media

The journalists conducted an independent investigation into the murder of journalist Pavel Sheremet, during which they found evidence of possible surveillance by the Security Service on the night before the murder

This is reported by “Public”.

On video from surveillance cameras on the night before the murder near the house of Sheremet was seen a former or current employee of the SBU Igor Ustimenko.

During the investigation it was established that he had come to the Sheremet’s house for Skoda Octavia 2551 gray, registered on Zaretsky Natalia Leonidovna.

According to journalists, he was near the house at least a few hours at night, when an explosive was put under the journalist’s car. The journalists found out that the man worked in the SBU at least until 2014.

Sam Ustimenko, like Zaretskaya, could not explain the fact and purpose of using the car. The SBU also declined to comment on this information.

Subsequently, a video of an auto explosion with a journalist Sheremet appeared.
The police qualified Sheremet’s death as a deliberate murder.
It was reported that the National Police is working out five versions of the motives for the murder of journalist Pavel Sheremet.
Priority version of the murder is considered the professional activity of Sheremet as a journalist on the territory of Ukraine and beyond.
