The Vice Prime Minister of Italy said that the Ukrainian group wanted to kill him with an insane arsenal of weapons

Italy’s Vice Prime Minister Matteo Salvini said that the “Ukrainian group”, arrested the day before with a large arsenal of weapons, wanted to kill him. This is reported on Tuesday by Ansa.

“It was one of the many death threats that came to me every day. The intelligence services talked about a Ukrainian group that tried to kill me. I am glad that it helped to reveal the insane arsenal (weapon) – ed.),” He said. According to Salvini, he believes that “he never did anything wrong with the Ukrainians.”

Earlier in the north of Italy, during searches of members of far-right groups, they seized an arsenal of weapons, including an air-to-air missile. As part of the investigation, three people were detained, including 60-year-old Fabio Del Berjolo, a former customs inspector, who ran for the Senate in 2001 from the ultra-right group Forza Nuova. It was reported that they may be associated with mercenaries who fought in the Donbas, and allegedly from the uncontrolled Donbas.
